Our bags are found only at our Houses. The twilly may also be ordered online. These terms apply to those online orders.

House of YUB is a trade name of YUB VOF, Torenlaan 5A, 1402 AT Bussum, the Netherlands. KvK 94668779. Email info@houseofyub.com.
Ordering and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the Netherlands only. Orders are sent with PostNL, within 5 working days. From time to time online ordering is paused; the twilly then remains available at our Houses.
Your right to withdraw
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Let us know by email at info@houseofyub.com, or use the model form below. We will reply with the return instructions; please send the twilly back within 14 days of telling us. Return costs are yours. The twilly must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. We refund the price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your message, using the same payment method.
